In collaboration with with the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ), the Council of Voluntary Services (CVSS) and United Way of Jamaica (UWJ), the AFJ created the PSOJ COVID-19 Jamaica Response Fund to provide food relief in 60 vulnerable communities across Jamaica.

In addition, the “Season of Care” Saturday Soup Kitchen to distribute cooked meals during the health crisis.

The AFJ provided a grant to PSOJ during its first virtual concert #FriendsUniteForJA to support the food security initiative. The program has served 93,000 community members to date.
