Grant Applications





Discretionary Grant

The AFJ grant cycle begins in November each year.  The AFJ Grants Committee/Board of Directors exercise its judgement in determining recipients and/or the amount of the award. Grants typically are for a maximum of US$20,000.
 
The Grant Cycle is currently closed and will reopen in November 2024.

Youth Nutrition Grant

The AFJ Youth Nutrition Grant provides meals to support critical social intervention programs for youth in need with vital services in literacy, sports and conflict resolution. Grants typically are for a maximum of US$20,000.

The Youth Nutrition Grant is currently closed and will reopen in November 2024.

Current Grantees

Current grantees are required to submit a narrative and financial report on the progress of projects every six months. If you are a current grantee, please click on the button below to submit your report by March 30 and September 30 .

Please note, discretionary grants are made to organizations registered under Jamaica’s Charity Act in Education, Healthcare or Economic Development. Individual/personal requests are ineligible. We look forward to continuing exceptional impact with partner grantees.
