Facey Foundation was founded on the belief that strategic philanthropy can play a meaningful role in Jamaica’s development. For more than four decades, the Foundation has invested in initiatives that create opportunities, strengthen communities and contribute to the nation’s long-term progress.
While its early work focused on expanding access to quality early childhood education, the Foundation has evolved to support transformative initiatives across the Arts, Education and Environment – three pillars that are fundamental to Jamaica’s social, cultural and economic development. Through strategic partnerships, grant-making, scholarships and Foundation-led initiatives such as the Maurice Facey Lecture Series, the Foundation brings together ideas, organizations and people to inspire innovation and create lasting social impact for generations to come.
