2016 Hummingbird Gala Highlights

August 22, 2017 in AFJ Happenings, NEWS & EVENTS
2016 Hummingbird Gala Highlights

At last year’s Hummingbird Gala, our guests had a lot of fun with our Masters of Ceremonies, Actor, Malik Yoba and TV Newscaster Kori Chambers, both of whom helped raise awareness and support. Both have strong affiliation with Jamaica – Malik through his role in the film Cool Runnings and Kori whose parents hail from the island.

Our attendees also got up close and personal with a performance from Protoje, a major part of the ‘Reggae Revival’ movement that is sweeping the music industry in Jamaica.

We look forward to entertaining you at the 2017 Hummingbird Gala, on October 23rd at the Mandarin Oriental!
